Moodgrade is a self-help mood-tracking and journaling web application. It is a wellness and educational tool — it is not a medical device, a therapist, or a diagnostic service. Any insights, prompts, or assessment results surfaced by Moodgrade (including PHQ-9 and GAD-7 screens) are for personal reflection only.

Moodgrade does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, thinking about self-harm, or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. Use Moodgrade alongside, not instead of, qualified professional care.

3. Pricing & refunds

Current pricing: Free tier, Premium Monthly $4.99/month, Premium Yearly $34.99/year. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Web purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record and follow LemonSqueezy's refund policy. To request a refund, email support@moodgrade.com with your order reference within 14 days of purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.

4. Content accuracy

Blog posts, FAQ answers, and AI-generated prompts are provided in good faith but may contain errors or reflect opinions rather than clinical consensus. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. The AI-prompt feature is rate-limited and may be unavailable at times.
